🥘 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 500g chicken or vegetables
  • 2 onions (fried golden brown)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp biryani masala
  • 6–7 saffron strands soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Fresh mint & coriander

  1. Wash and soak rice for 30 mins, cook till 70% done.
